If you see folks who *are* being cast in big games: note how many are openly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️/don't visually conform to their AGAB.

Being gay is not a fun activity that you get to dabble in because it makes your numbers go up.

You either support the community or you don’t.

And if you’re *against* that community, I hope you wake up one day to find they’re not cool with you either.

Every once in a while my favorite Omega-verse yaoi manga, Megumi & Tsugumi releases a new volume and I'm in heaven for the time it takes me to finish reading it and then I have to wait several months for the next one and I am sad.

It’s been 5 years since I moved to Texas and began working in the anime dubbing sphere.

I’ve had amazing experiences and met wonderful people, but I’ve made some observations I can’t ignore.

One of them is that there are simply a lot of emotionally unhealthy/immature people in this biz. 🫤

Anime Director: This industry values new faces and veterans, so actors in the middle sadly get underutilized. 🙁

Anyone: Okay, cast them!

Anime Director: No. 😊

The reason is often corporate, clients and producers, but still. 😅

Comics/graphic novels aren’t recognized or taken seriously as literature in the publishing industry, despite taking twice as much work to create as prose novels, and it just breaks my heart.
