This stuff - works like a dream, doesn't irritate super sensitive skin, doesn't leave marks but it does contain aluminium which is a problem for many people. Mitchum has annoyed a lot of people for changing recipes recently but the Ultimate Gel seems unchanged.

Have you considered a forearm crutch? I find they help more than a cane. I love my Ossenberg crutches, they have a softer ergonomic grip which helps as you end up putting a fair bit of pressure on your hands and wrists. I usually only use one unless it's bad pain day

As an Aussie expat it's rare I can get along with audios by Antipodeans. It's not their fault, it's as if I have developed some kind of accent ick. Too many crappy Aussie boyfriends I think 😳 I feel like I'm missing out on some good stuff though!
