I went through the motions. got on AO3, filtered for Lucanis/Rook, excluded fluff, filtered for angst. hoping someone would put the pain and darkness of a fucked up pining character study that he deserved.
and just did not feel drawn to any of the 99 fics there.

there is no nuance online about veilguard I swear.
people are either alt right weirdos on a crusade or they're maximum copium fans who can't accept the game has flaws.
