A few weekends ago, our star facilitator Monika gathered with a wonderful group of six women for a deeply nourishing Move to Heal workshop. Together, they explored authentic movement, using dance and mindful exercises to release emotions, ease anxiety, and reconnect with their bodies.

“Launch of the Mental Health Report
This moment was the most personal for me. I worked on the report by conducting interviews and listening to people share very honest and sometimes painful experiences. I felt honoured that they trusted me with their stories.
“The Anti-Racism Gig
This was such a strong and uplifting moment. Music, voices, and people standing together against racism created an atmosphere of unity and courage. I felt proud to be part of a community that doesn’t stay silent and chooses to stand up for dignity and equality.
“Under the Same Sky exhibition
This exhibition touched me deeply. Seeing people’s stories of migration, belonging, and identity expressed through art felt very powerful. I watched visitors stop, reflect, and sometimes get emotional. It reminded me how art can connect us and help us feel less alone.

Following a masked courier navigating Utrecht during a work shift, Home. Delivered. forces the viewer to come face to face with the realities of food delivery riders, based on research by @iclaimeu.bsky.social from the University of Utrecht.

“I’ve loved all our inhouse gigs equally so I cannot just pick one! Thank you so much to all the artists who played.
“A stand out night has to be the premiere of our documentary, Queercore in the Second City, where Blythe Blade, Luxury Nan Smell, Without Blood, and Leibniz played.
“2025 has been a fun year, full of events & gigs, picking my favourites has been hard. Incantations Fest was one of my favourites, we worked alongside Kikimora Records to bring Birmingham an incredible array of musicians from the UK & Lithuania, with support from the Lithuanian Culture Institute.
