Well i’ve been on a bit of an unintended hiatus. Getting back to the art grind this weekend (finally. this week has been killing me)

I’m already behind on making art but if i’m radio silent for a bit it’s because Ghost of Yōtei came out today and it has me in the same vice grip that Tsushima did.

and I'm bitter about the whole EA deal. For a lot of reasons. But I've had aspirations as a tattoo artist and was working on custom tattoos for the Sims 4 as a sort of starting point for that. Now? I'm throwing the game out.

*sigh* being a creative right now is difficult.

I really should trim down how many people I'm following so I don't look like one of those creepy mass follower accounts; but every time ya'll slide one of the artist lists in front of me I can't help but slam the "follow all" button.

Okay does bluesky just flag everything as sexually explicit the moment you put an adult label on it? Artistic nudity is not sexual. Ugh.

First attempt at the Asaro method/planar study of the head. After years of repeating the Loomis method over and over its nice to be changing this up. My brain really gravitates towards more geometrical/mathematical stuff so this tickles it in lots of ways

Taking the morning before work to finally start unlearning the Loomis method. There's nothing wrong with it, ofc, but it's the only method I've ever used. Time to expand those horizons

My friends are making contingency plans to leave the country, and watching them do that while knowing there's no way for me to get out is hell.
