Great idea to schedule another high profile discussion about health care just as voting for the midterms is about to begin.

Trump SAYS he'll do it. Never an assurance that he actually WILL.

I would think the rest of the world would be happy to seriously discuss world affairs without Trump or his sycophants.

That "one year" extension will make health care costs a major topic again just in time for the midterm elections. Doesn't sound so bad to me.

It's impossible for anyone to run on a platform of "I'll do what Trump would have done," because no one has any idea what he may do next at any given moment. And then minutes later, he may do/say the opposite. All of those listening on the edge of their seats only hear the part they agree with.

That way he can have a full and overflowing coronation, without having to worry about weather or trying to fill the Capitol Mall. And the 1,000 invited guests will all have signed loyalty pledges and NDAs. And/or adoring supporters can file by his gilded open casket in perpetuity.

Pretty simple. Billionaires can make their own rules and create monopolies so long as Trump gets his cut and they publicly kiss his ass on a continuing basis.

Allowing this narrative to be presented as fact simply reinforces the lies and misinformation that promote the violence and dishonesty that has put our country in the situation in which we currently find ourselves. (BTW - no conflict in presenting a partisan podcast from the White House??)
