Does anyone have advice for toilet training regression for a 5yr old boy? Started 3 weeks ago and is wetting himself at least once a day now, after a year of rare accidents. He starts school in 2 weeks, but doesn't seem particularly worried about it or anything else.

Why is corn on the cob delicious but sweetcorn off the cob repulsive? Or is it just me?

I tell them that keeping salaries secret only benefits the bosses and that it's in workers' interests to know what everyone earns, to avoid anyone being taken advantage of. It's an Equalities and workers rights issue. Then I tell them mine and leave it up to them if they share back.

Reasons my 5 year old cried yesterday:
1. I opened the door before he knocked so he didn't get chance to hide around the corner and jump out.
2. I held his glass whilst pouring his milk.
3. I pulled the plug out of the bath while he wasn't looking so he missed watching the whirlpool down the drain.

TBH I don't think there's much difference in terms of scariness, I'd never heard of pneumonic plague before and didn't realise it can start as bubonic till I read the rest of the article! I was just being pedantic

Can local news websites please have an innovation that makes them readable whilst still making enough money to survive soon please? It is always such an awful experience.

So it makes me wonder... What would you feel if a "Change Consultant" started working with your organisation - would you start worrying about job losses? Or would you see it as an opportunity for training and making your work easier?

It might go hand-in-hand with better worker's terms and conditions ("culture") like reduced working hours without loss of pay, remote working options etc. But nobody should be getting the sack.
