GMTK Jam 25 postmortem, or Hello there! This last weekend, I entered the GMTK jam 25, and it was very interesting for me for one main reason : I didn't joined a game jam

The irony here is that the closer you make this hypothetical Spec Ops: The Line Remake, closer to modern trends in gaming like say make it more like Call of Duty or what not, the greater potential for satire and subverion.

It's the only true deconstruction of the Military Shooter I've witnessed.

Graphic and gameplay wouldn't be the point of a remake. It was a daring cult classic that was a complete financial failure.

That game deserves a second chance. And make an impact for more thought provoking surrealist action games with meta commentary.

This morning I was haunted thought that the last episode of Takopi's Original Sin was an analogy to what it's like growing old.

I learned that a short story is about 7.5k words.

I recall writing 9k words in a week. I can do this.

Thankyou Rav I've been finding myself opening social media (BlueSky) reflexively without even realizing it and it's starting to obstruct my ability to do things.

Eventually it will grow so big it starts to obstruct your ability to use the website.

I don't know how much it would cost. But I would be willing to pay someone (up to 100 dollars or try to crowd fund) to create a browser productivity app that tracks your time on websites, but instead of locking you out, it has a timer in the corner that grows bigger the longer you use the website.

You can stream your game dev if you are brave enough.

This seed of an idea was cared for by being placed in a clay planter and will be known as clover pot, for the next 3 years.

The idea that the exposure to the "magic" of the stream or exposure to the magical boy alter the nature of Clover Pot. Or maybe clover pot was always magical?
