Tinkering with Pimoroni's new Badger 2350, powered by the #raspberrypi #RP2350 I've written an app to get the names of the astronauts on the International Space Station using the built in Wi-Fi and a little JSON magic.

I regularly see people wondering how it's possible that there are so many musicians and writers and film makers and artists from a tiny nation like Iceland.

Despite a great diet, medical level deficiency treatment. Hardly any movement at all in many cases got lower. Unreal.

Not taking in the iron, or magnesium or HRT patches, or vitamin d, or anything we thought i was...not so great. No wonder I feel awful. Trying different method round 357.

Question #EDS lot are you absorbing anything your being given ? Vitamins, HRT, medication? Cause I am demonstrable not at all here after a mind blogging deep dive with my GP.

So true, I keep all my cards, notes , print those emails taped to my wall kept me going during the PhD and teaching more than once !

I took the time to send an email to a mentor thanking him for his impact on me & he wrote back to say how much it meant to him.

I highly recommend doing this, especially for your teachers. we keep them in little folders & reread them when we feel like we can’t go on.

For me real the person data, has way more validity than anything else, autistic data from autistics, SEND from kids, teachers from classrooms, policy leads from policy. Stats isn't everything.

Lived Experience whether in #Education #Send #AP or general #Neurodivergency #Teachers is never not valid because a scientist can't measure or put it in a model. Expertise is a shared map, not a hierarchy. In #DataSci we accept data is messy, inaccurate and often missing bits!
