Walking away from the project lends to the fact that this generation and upcoming generations will miss out on this setting which opened up 3PP to be able to add to the game.
Goodman Games could have walked away, but this setting is historic for the game.

They can’t help that gross people now hold the IP. Clearly this IP is important to them. They’ve taken real concrete steps to make a bad situation better.

I was very critical of Goodman Games over all this. This video puts my mind at ease. Because I appreciate what they’re doing I plan on backing this product. Helping to ensure backers of the failed project get a refund is commendable. Donating profits is good too.

For those who didn’t have the opportunity to get it back then are now able to get it for the original setting and updated. That’s all.

I don’t think Joseph Goodman had or needed to expose his private family in order to be given grace. He said his ethical, moral belief back in 2020. He said he would not work with the junior and he has kept his word.
