Hi Ruth, we've supported consultations for people doing 'insider researcher' work when it comes to own experience of mental health difficulties. Natalie additiinally specialises in supervising such clin psych theses, in her other role at Uni of Herts. Would be good to say hello.

If we'd put our money where our mouth was in 2020, that staff support would be decommissioned when Covid 'ended', we'd be millionaires Rodney! Anyway, staff support wasn't cutting the mustard - the system never valued peer lived experience. Are you looking at the research?! We've been there.

We're well placed to convene a space for people interested in / undertaking / have published emerging research on lived/ing experience in the mental health professions. We'd need some funding to help us tho. Gathering to communicate the need for recognition of support. What do you think?
