Today Majority members and local Greens teamed up to clear fly-tipped rubbish in Shiremoor - removing bottles, cans, vapes, furniture and even a plastic Xmas tree! 🌲

I would like to coin the phrase ‘fake crusader’. The fake crusader is someone who shouts angrily at an injustice for just long enough to get attention and feel self-righteous. Despite having no track record of actually doing anything about it.

Almost as though calling for the "death" of an organisation isn't the same as threatening to kill a specific person or people.

Funny, isn't it, that Kier Starmer can today announce the NHS must "reform or die" without the media and political class entering histerics about him inciting the murder of all NHS staff unless they accept his reforms.

When Starmer says the NHS "must reform or die" are we to believe he is literally calling for the deaths of all NHS staff unless his reforms are accepted? Or is there, perhaps, a more obvious, but less incendiary, interpretation?
