29.01.2026 16:47 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0That's a wrap on Season 1 folks!! Can't recommend this enough. A nice little puzzle every day, with solid hints to help guide you, and the whole season is out now.
Next season is in 34 days!! Plenty of time to catch up!!
ยกMe alegro un montรณn de que os estรฉ gustando! Uno de los motivos por los que hacemos las pausas entre temporadas es que la gente pueda ir poniรฉndose al dรญa๐
29.01.2026 19:12 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0This has been wild. We announced the game, had thousands of players join this first season, even got featured on a Cracking the Cryptic video.
My highlight was seeing all the discord chats, people helping each other with hints and coming up with story theories.
We'll be back soon with Season 2!๐
"I started designing puzzles in university, back when we had a Turkish puzzle magazine called Akฤฑl Oyunlarฤฑ. Solving is always fun but I was also curious about what goes into making a fun puzzle. I tried to learn by doing (still trying!). I have supplied puzzles to various national championships and WPF Puzzle GPs over the years. Lately I designed the content of two Turkish puzzle books and I've been contributing to the e-magazine Pulze. For Thinky Dailies, it was fun tying the story bits to my (vague) themes and I'm especially happy with my Nurikabes." Murat Can Tonta (he/him) Puzzle Designer Thinky Dailies

ยกHola! Aquรญ un gran fan de los juegos feos jajaja. Desde luego el primer lugar en mi corazรณn lo tiene el Dream Quest. Sin รฉl no existirรญan juegos como Slay the Spire o Dicey Dungeons. Es un juegazo y ademรกs tiene un nivel de fealdad que se puede estudiar.

After getting ready, the protagonist heads outside following an unexpected note delivered to them by mail. Now, maybe without them knowing, a huge adventure begins... โค๏ธ๐๐งฉ

I think gAI at game jams is *particularly* fucking gross. Game jams are all about celebrating creativity and cooperation. They're about trying a new skill, or working with someone new. They're about celebrating the joy of creation in all its messy, buggy, and most importantly, human glory.

27.01.2026 11:04 โ ๐ 8 ๐ 1 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0The Global Game Jam theme reveal video has footage that looks very AI. They said if there's AI content in the video, it is completely unintentional.
They are pretty open about allowing AI and AI sponsors. So it wouldn't be such a long shot.
Finished Ghostwire Tokyo. I thought this one had a lot of personality. Despite the cluttered map and the horror elements, it kept my attention until the end.

24.01.2026 17:27 โ ๐ 4 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0"My puzzle-designing journey began in 2014, shortly after founding Bewilder Box - one of the first Escape Rooms to launch in the UK. I never had any โformalโ training, other than just having played an unhealthy amount of puzzle games (which I continue to do to this day). Being part of the Thinky Dailies has been a real joy; as well as working alongside some incredibly talented creators, I've particularly enjoyed the challenge of designing puzzles to a different narrative prompt each time, as it's different to my normal process." One of the puzzle types in Thinky Dailies is a Nonogram! It's a very famous logic puzzle trademarked by Nintendo as Picross. Coincidentally, two designers both independently invented Nonograms in 1987 โ Non Ishida and Tetsuya Nishio.

A screenshot of Lala and Po from the teletubbies. The screenshot is clearly taken from someone's phone, as the borders of the tv can be seen, as well as glimpses into the apartment behind them. Po is in bed wrapped up in a blanket. The text below them reads "I know you were high at my mother-in-laws funeral..."
More screenshots from the Teletubbies. Lala seems to be upset with a terrified Po. the text below reads "Did you kill the dog? Why would you do that?!"
A third screenshot from the Teletubbies, this time the same scene as before. Po is wearing an apron while Lala seems to still be upset at him. The text below reads "You're nothing but a failure of a man."
In the 2010s, the Icelandic tv station Channel 2 accidentally added subtitles from a gritty crime drama to an episode of Teletubbies.
I have translated some of the highlights
