Mom of three taken away by ICE in front of crying daughters Jemmy Jimenez Rosa, 42, a legal permanent U.S. resident, was taken into custody by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on August 11 after returning from a trip to Mexico with her family.

The cruelty and terror are the goal, but the most worrying thing may be that her arrest was based on a case that was legally sealed.

To do this, someone inside the legal system would have to be providing them illegal access…or ICE IT guys are illegally hacking into secure government systems.
