I’m right on the edge of being Gen Z and Millennial and when I had my first smartphone I don’t remember if it was 3G/LTE/4G but it worked fine at the time

I actually never had the classics when I was younger, just the shuffle, but I got these a few years ago from eBay for fun and planned to do some modding to them but never actually finished any of it

My first Larian game was Divinity 2 The Dragon Knight Saga in like 2010 or 2011 and it was super janky but at the same time one of the best games I’d ever played, I’ve been a huge fan of theirs ever since.

But their games being “just for basic gamers” now is an absolutely wild statement to me 🤣

Recently started a much busier and more tiring role at my job so I mostly have been just scrolling and liking posts here and there

But the sub genre usually refers to games like Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest/Persona

End of the day it’s mostly nitpicky semantics though, they’re all RPGS

When I first ran into them it was immediately after tweaking my graphics settings and I was like “oh no, it’s bugged” lmao

I love all the little things like this from the previous Elder Scrolls games that they just didn’t put in Skyrim for the sake of never making the player really face any consequences

The Oblivion remaster feels almost more like what I wish Skyrim was

I really love how spellcasting is completely disconnected from equipped weapons in Oblivion, so I’m doing a battlemage of sorts

I had this happen to like 3 different AirPods and my best guess is that something damaged the mic used for noise cancelling and it’s mic feedback

I think mine was caused from really strong magnets that I used at work, but I imagine it could happen from dropping them

Started playing the Oblivion remaster and after getting out of the sewers I wander and walk into the first inn I see

Like 7 NPCs are all having different conversations at the same time, talking over each other

Then suddenly a fight breaks out and they keep talking while fighting

It’s perfect 🥹

I had a similar experience with music when I first started taking meds for ADHD, and it absolutely blew my mind that when I was listening to music and I could more easily comprehend the lyrics of songs and could enjoy it beyond just “vibes” and it gave me a lot more appreciation for it

Yeah, any auto detection for languages I’m always highly skeptical about because they can be REALLY messy

For example iOS’s built in translation has MANY times just automatically told me that it can’t translate Kazakh when the text is in Russian or Ukrainian 🫠

Dish soap in a small container, if they’re on a wall or ceiling they’ll often hilariously just drop in there if you hold it up near them

This pretty much traps and kills them without letting their stink loose
