My first task is to strip this 1930's room back to it's shell and install some new electric and network sockets, ready for my home network installation. ✨

When viewing the house, this room instantly felt like a great choice for an office.

It's a good size (3.3m x 3.5m), it's south-facing (making the most of the limited UK sun) and it's located right next to an old boiler cupboard, perfect for a my home network.
