this trip to florida was made out of necessity to see family who isn’t doing well at the moment. but despite that, my boyfriend and i found some time to make it to the beach and find time to rest and relax. i needed this time to unwind so much more than i realized. i’m so thankful for my life now🥰

dropping by to make my once in a blue moon post, this time with a tiny bit of car photography i did over the weekend at a meet (first car is my boyfriend’s!!^^)

i can’t believe i inherited such bad teeth. i’m in so much pain

at least i have the silver lining of that that irony not being lost on me and being able to find the smallest shred of morbid humor in it to keep me going

the really fucked up thing tho? it’s happened right at the beginning of whenever the exact thing that brought me this maturity (transitioning and opening up to myself and becoming comfortable in who i am) is now being extremely more illegal and demonized with each passing day

now i’m able to speak my mind (at least in some instances) and not be afraid or ashamed of the pushback of possible confrontation it may bring. because i’m not afraid to advocate for myself. and it makes me so proud of myself. if little me couple see me now, she’d be so amazed

realizing the emotional maturity in yourself compared to even 2-3 years ago (pos) is such an amazing feeling. i know in some ways, it’s because i’m getting older, know what i want, and don’t have time to beat around the bush. but even just a few years ago i would’ve repressed this so hard

absolutely loving my new job!! first week has been amazing!! and tbh, i see a lot of potential for me to make an impact. and i absolutely love the thought of that!!
