Category 3 Open Fire Ban in Effect May 16
Category 3 open burning will be prohibited within the District of Clearwater starting at 12:00 PM on May 16, 2025.

Category 1 & 2 are still allowed at this time.

All three recent wildfires near Clearwater are now under control. One fire may still produce visible smoke but is fully contained. Huge thanks to our fire crews and BCWS for their quick action. #ClearwaterBC
