My dad has helped by taking the cord from my old lamp that was broken and wiring it to the new lamp + given me a piece of metal to shim the new lamp 😌. At the least the new lamp is more direct light so it'll make night crafting easier.

Side note: I'm not blaming my mum. But I'd love to know what fkn company decided to make shitty lamps with tiny cords so you can only use them RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE OUTLET or go fuck yourself.

Also dw about the being awake so long. Resetting my borked sleep schedule.

I needed a new lamp. Somehow, the lamp my mum bought is 40% plastic, has a wobbly base and pole, and the cord is maybe 4ft long so it doesn't actually reach my power bar let alone an outlet from where I would like the lamp to stand.

I have been awake for 16hrs and this is making me profoundly 😠

The struggle is so real!!!! I'm already like "but what if..." about something for me and my bff's horrible little freaks.

Even the ambiguity of Sun or Star for V's long term survival are, by the Cyberpunk media, practically good endings. Cause literally every other story ends with people killed by not knowing when to quit and NC gets 'em. Even six months on the road, free, is a win.

Never mind things started getting kind of... dubious with calling Panam's contacts a bunch of like, bums in the desert as if the Nomads aren't some of the best educated people in-lore/running corps of their own/whatever became of the Technomancers.
