Though someone had to explain to me why the screenshot taken on my tablet looks more dull than the one taken on my screen EVEN THOUGH on the tablet it looks fine.

Idk what projects you need to finish, but I would start looking into seeing if you can out those comms or whatever else on hold. Or refund, whatever. Cause you don't beat a vicious cycle by staying in it.

And this could be an opp. To try out a new creative outlet. Writing, crochet, 3d model,video..

You might need to try diverting your creative energy to something different for a bit! Not touch art at all. Sounds like overwhelming burnout, taking a total break usually fixes it for me.

Ohhh got it. Yeah that would Def get tiring after a while! I would try to take it in good faith that they're trying to be friendly, but for that amount of money I'd probably expect a different attitude too!

Client red flag of mine: when they take multiple days to respond to messages or give clarifications. Makes me want to cancel the commission especially if it's happening even before the payment.
