In OB, Vildrik is expected to fulfill his duty in retrieving the legendary items needed for Baldar to defeat Corban once and for all.

What nobody expects is for Vildrik to discover things about himself and his past he never suspected.

Most of my characters are absolutely passionate about their jobs. One of the exceptions is Caston.

Despite being a sellsword for 40+ years, he’s eagerly hoping for a chance to retire or take a less intensive job so he can spend more time with his beloved granddaughter.

Generally, I don't struggle with titles. I tend to work with central themes or vibes & rabbit holes for synonyms/idioms. I'm a sucker for word play, too. Sometimes I pull quotes that might work. A few are based on song lyrics & titles! My 😇 Saint-of-an-Editor 😇 is also really good at helping!

17: #FantasyIndiesFebruary- Similar to when I thought I wasn't a fan of romance, I've discovered I'm just a bit more particular about my spice. It's not so much how spicy as it is how it's written, I think. But I probably tend to stick to the mid to lower levels of spice in general.

No real preferred level, I'll read a book regardless of spicy level as long as it's well written. It also matters on the book, if there's no spicy and then suddenly it's ghost pepper without any reason, that's usually kinda lame.

I don't really have a preferred spiciness level in books; it just depends on the story. However, I don't prefer spice for its own sake. There must be a story for me to enjoy.
