I picked up the M2s in the summer, used them on a couple of jobs so far. Super convenient, for sure, though still experimenting to get the sound quality as clean as I’d like - but yes, to @marcsettle.bsky.social’s point, imho they’re plenty good enough for many applications.

Originator number presents as +63 - Philippines - and yuan currency is Chinese.

Good news is that the site appears to have been reported/taken down already so there’s not a lot more to poke around at here at the moment.

Well, at least they had the good grace to confirm their intent (πŸ‘πŸ») before destroying the message. Reported. I’ve received a few of these this week across different networks - new gang active? #scamalert

Home time. Not everyone likes a window-seat, but there’s nowhere else I’d rather sit on a clear night.

Another strong verb which had a very similar history was the verb 'to snow.' Believe it or not, at one time, the past tense of snow was snew in many parts of the British Isles. So you might say,
"It snew yesterday." Eventually, snew was replaced with snowed, but snew lingered on in some dialects of northern England until the past couple of centuries.

My favourite (linguistic) fact about snow: we used to say β€œit snew” when using the verb in the past tense.

Much like β€œgrow/grew”, throw/threw” & β€œknow/knew”, it used to be snow/snew.

I bet you never knowed that.

I’ve been on varifocals for a couple of years now. Took time to for me to adjust, but was good within a couple of weeks. My wife then tried them but they just didn’t work for her - she described it as a huge relief when she went back to standards.

If I read you right, Kate, Apple’s own services don’t appear to offer store/backup to other clouds, so iPhone/iPad backups, iMessage, Apple Health (somehow almost 300MB in my case), Notes and Voice Memos etc. Fair enough if they’re Apple’s own?
