I emailed my 5 things I accomplished this week:
1) read actual news.
2) donated to democratic and women causes.
3) visited my elder friend who lives in subsidized housing.
4) ate self harvested meat.
5) continue to swear allegiance to the United States Constitution.

We spent time with Chuntay and Sunny yesterday. It was cold, but the sun was out. Love these guys.

It's a blustery day, the Bishop's sermon was powerful and kind. Today I'll continue the march forward in life doimg my best. Yoga and meditation were good this morning.

Do not tuck over here. Silencing you is what they want. Stay in, stay loud. Here is good too, but do not shy away. That is what they want.

Pretty chilly out today, 5f and -13f with windchill, and gonna get colder. Pretty out though.
