I was join by the excellent @nicksjj.bsky.social to deep dive the subject of rugby governance and debate the controversial decisions being made by those running our gameโฆ ๐งโโ๏ธ
Itโs not only London. Cardiff v Rest of Wales is also a long standing thing over the years. My historian Dad found evidence of it in Victorian newspapers. As a Cardiffian working in other parts of wales Iโve seen it too. Itโs also prevalent in the sad debacle of the regions v WRU at the momentโฆ

25.10.2025 22:31 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 1 ๐ 0Today, 14 October, is the anniversary of the Senghenydd Colliery Disaster. Amongst the 440 men and boys who died in this terrible tragedy was Peter Ross, who had only recently joined Cardiff rugby club. A gifted player of great promise, an article by my Dad:

JUST ONE DAY LEFT to complete our survey on the WRU's plans for the future of Welsh rugby.
Itโs not too late for you to have your say - it takes 10 minutes to complete. Donโt let the WRU duck their responsibilities - this is too important.
Please share widely!
Thoroughly enjoyed this!

In this episode Iโm joined by @sianz.bsky.social and @sprescott.bsky.social to discuss our highlights of RWC 2025 so far, and how Wales performed.
Turns out none of us know how to stop talking, so itโs split into three parts. Hereโs part one!
