Today, 14 October, is the anniversary of the Senghenydd Colliery Disaster. Amongst the 440 men and boys who died in this terrible tragedy was Peter Ross, who had only recently joined Cardiff rugby club. A gifted player of great promise, an article by my Dad:

Concur. Was France’s to lose. They had majority of possession and felt like they were looking to play more. And to add to that their set piece often looked a bit shaky. Must be very frustrating for France!
