It's time to start healing, self care is important

I think it is a good idea to contact your state's department of labor. You can probably file an unpaid wage claim after a certain time if they don't pay you. In my home state, failure to pay after a certain time could potentially qualify as a dismissal/firing and you might get unemployment benefits.

Today is going to be a good day, I don't feel overly anxious.

I get really shy when I get called "buddy", "kiddo", "kid", "little", "baby", etc. In text chats, I freeze up or try to change the subject. I think that makes me seem disinterested or annoyed but it's really the opposite.

I hope that I can start to feel comfortable being myself around other people. I see other people freely expressing themselves online and I wish I had some of that courage.

I haven't posted anything so I'm just throwing something into the void so my page isn't empty.
