Dude is playing factorio IRL
18.04.2025 07:30 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0All of such codebases are unbearable mess with repeated piece of code and nothing really converges in some reasonable functionality.
12.04.2025 21:19 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0As we can see, all of it is not about creatine code but using your input to generate some either improvement or .. "derivative" for the lack of a better word. That AI does good. But generating code? Absolutely terrible. The more codebases I see done by ppl "I made MVP w cursor" the more I am sure
12.04.2025 21:18 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Factorio is way too addictive game. I've spent 5.5h already and I am facing the need to rebuild the whole factory from scratch 🤣
12.04.2025 21:13 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Yet it still hurts too much sometimes to reread your previous takes, the way you wrote it etc

24.02.2025 17:44 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I use backwards occasionally when in a local environment. Never understood people doing it in production.

Be honest: while working with Git, how many of these thoughts have crossed your mind? 😁

While trying to get so much desired freedom from your day job, don't become a slave for your own project/business.
14.01.2025 04:33 — 👍 3 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Yeah. Unfortunately 🤣
11.01.2025 08:21 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0Speech to text in their keyboard types a sentence BEFORE you press the mic button. So yeah, it makes all the sense to put all those portable power banks with GPUs to work. So "1984"
04.01.2025 11:59 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0You don't need to add a dark theme if that's the only theme you have in the first place!
01.01.2025 17:07 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0woah, you've started with the light theme? I might be adding that one then

(e.g. to-do apps or note-taking apps.)
"Best" is subjective and personal. Your favorite might be my nightmare.
What matters is finding the right fit.
That's why there’s room for 200 competitors.
Yeah. Fallen asleep right after the year change.
01.01.2025 09:31 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0Especially if it is a series of tutorials in the play list.
So what do I do? what's the strategy here? Put outdated video is some kind of "archive" playlist and replace the old video with a new one in the playlist?
Got a question about updating technical content on YT.
We all know that technical content must be updated occasionally.
I can update it on the blog. But if I make a video and publish it on YT, I'd need to update it as well.
And ofc an old video should stay because it has been linked/bookmarked.
My favorite works from 2024

Here is a small thread with #neovim development stats in 2024.

Refreshed the article about AWS RDS Postgres instance:

Also I still have vscode for its seamless js debugger, but that's its only use case.
30.12.2024 20:44 — 👍 1 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0I use lazyvim with a few additional hotkeys that I have added. The best thing ever.
I used a bunch of crap in the past, then pycharm, tried vscode but it constantly made me want to throw up and it is counterproductive, switched to nvim and never looked back.
Pycharm merge editor is dope though.
this will be 7 out of 10.
