Exactly! I live in a blue state, and it's the same there. My rep sends me "yes or no" surveys, but most of the time, the issues are more complex than a simple "yes." If I try to email them, I don't receive an answer. They used to answer emails, but not anymore. And yes, my issues differ from theirs.
