Lennie was a very positive person. I'm glad he was my bike fitter. I don't have a cyclist's body, and that didn't matter to him. He just wanted everyone to be comfortable and enjoy riding their bikes.

On April 12, 1776, patriots in the North Carolina Provincial Congress adopted the Halifax Resolves, making North Carolina the first colony to call for independence from the British Crown. The Resolves helped set the stage for the Declaration of Independence nearly 3 months later.

Finally, after a month of not being able to cycle outside. I hooked up the indoor trainer. Since it is L'Enfer du Nord weekend, it was time to ride the pavé.
