I left Facebook years ago, but if ever there was a reason to dump any META product, it is now. Ban TikTok? This is much worse.

The interesting thing is that these tycoons are so isolated that they don’t realize they’re just vice-signaling to each other. It’s all extremist signals that make no sense outside of their bubble, where hate slurs are “free speech” and having literally any principles at all is “virtue signaling”. There’s not one value he wouldn’t sell out, no belief that he wouldn’t compromise for his insecurities. He will hear Trump insult his wife’s refugee parents to his face and say absolutely nothing.
