from what i read apparently if you feel pain from stretching it means it's over? which...is hard to tell when you're always in pain LMAO but i'm trying out being extra careful and holding the pose at maybe 3/4 instead of going as far as i usually do.

i do think it's worth a try if you've not tried, considering the possible health benefits if you manage to adjust? alarm can be set!
but yes, back when i worked shifts i would also dislike afternoon shift bc the thought of having to go out later made me very unproductive in the morning..

i tried doing that (twice) and failed (twice), i think it either needs you to be a morning person or the willpower to adjust 😂

btw re:stretches, i was google-doctor-ing and it's only now dawning on me that...my daily stretching might be OVERstretching?
it's SO hard to fight the urge to stretch but for my neck/shoulders imma try to control for a while and see how it goes, i'm doing small massages to try to resist the urge💀

RIGHT i even had a specialist just look at me and say, 'oh your pain is a 2/10'. then why am i even here 💀 esp where we're so conditioned to like..understate pain and go to work even when sick...
