My culminating art project: ‘Resilience’ a mixed media piece representing the transformation anger, frustration, and other negative feelings to hope, creativity and positive emotions. Acrylic paint, pen, magazine images, and pencil crayons, on illustration board.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, it's intentional. They're calling it "flooding the zone." The intent is to overwhelm and exhaust us so we can not effectively resist. Something simple you can do right now now is to make sure to take breaks and rest.

I am not yet able, so not willing yet, but once I learn how I will be willing and able. you could buy the design and get someone else to do it, or wait until I’m able.
