Go to 'services' and press 'hide all Microsoft services'; now you have a list of services you can switch off easily.
Go to 'startup' and disable any services you don't require.

#FFmpeg is a "multimedia Swiss army knife" that can deal with any number of tasks, from codec conversion to editing to extracting frames from a video and so on and so forth; feels like there is nothing that this tool can not do.
