Misinformation is the poison behind most of this chaos. I can't help but feel indignant toward those who do not do their own research, especially when so much is on the line.

Something I made as a habit in 2024 - mindfully. I count even the tiniest wins at the end of my day. Sent that email? Win. Washed and hung my clothes? Big win. It’s a small habit, but it always leaves me feeling grateful and content. Try it! It works! ☺️

Sometimes, choosing better means not choosing any of the available options and being content with that decision.
