I was only joking Kathleen. I actually won the egg and spoon race. Ever since life has felt like a slow but steady descent from those emotional highs.

I don‘t know why everyone is mocking poor Donald.

I still remember the joy and pride I felt when I got the „for turning up and at least trying“ bauble at 1st Grade sports day.

It was a magic moment that helped to almost wipe out the bitterness of just missing 8th place in the egg and spoon race.
