2 years ago Aetna forced me off Remicade onto Enbrel which has to come from CVS specialty instead of my hometown pharm. It doesn't work as well but my rheumie is being blackmailed or something bc he won't consider switching me back. TIL that CVS took over my other scrips without my permission. NOPE

My sister. She's been down & back up again a hundred times but losing Dad in 2012 started a spiral that was still going when Mom died in 2021. Ironically her relationship with them both was toxic. She's now in her 60s, isolated, abusing substances & lashing out at anyone who comes too close.

As well they should! I had a child in special ed. I had to fight like hell for every scrap and it was always Federal regs that we fell back on. I fear it is back to the attic for this generation of different learners.

If it is a bad bill, don't vote for it. Yes we may get blamed for a shutdown but the Republicans have been many times, and has it hurt them? This is like ending an abusive relationship. If the perpetrator wants to hurt you they will no matter what you do, so you might as well do what is right.
