This program is open to adults.
You're welcome to pick up holds, browse our shelves, attend programs, use our NEW public PCs and wi-fi, and print / scan / copy, among other library services.

Delaware City Library re-opens SEPTEMBER 15 AT NOON.
The last two weeks have been intense. Our schedule was ambitious and we achieved most of our goals.
HOWEVER, we still have a few areas that we're working to complete so bear with us as we wrap up.
FRONT ENTRY STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION
We know it LOOKS like it's ready but it's not. Please continue to use the rear entrance until further notice.
We are closed Sep 1-13 to paint, carpet, install shades, and more. Have an hour or two to spare? We could use help assembling, disassembling, cleaning, prepping, painting, moving, and more!

Orpheus Collar is a New York Times best-selling graphic novelist of The Kane Chronicles Trilogy, the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, and the graphic novel Alien Boys co-authored with Oliver Tree.

The Wilmington Police K-9 Unit will be at the Delaware City Library on August 5 at 10:30 AM for an informative and entertaining demonstration of what these amazing community helpers do!

Art in the Library is a fine art program for adults. Each month we tackle a new project. In July we celebrate National Watercolor Month by creating botanical scenes in watercolor.

Register for the Summer Reading Challenge to get a cool backpack with a crayon pen and coloring books. Kids and teens who complete the program will earn a book, a painting kit and certificate.
