We went to outdoor cafe seating across the street a little before 3 and watched the crowd of 7,000 completely disperse at 3 pm leaving no trace & no litter.

You can follow the Painting, Watercolor, Acrylics, categories too. I also feel more comfortable following whichever news sources I want.
