Being laid off feels especially hard when I remember how many times I put my job first before my own health, well-being, and family. When I worked weeknights until 11pm and on weekends to hit production quotas, during PTO, and filed three stories the day before it happened. There's a lot of grief.

Rewatching Lockwood & Co and I'll never forgive Netflix for canceling this show.

To add to Lis's excellent thread, be really careful of uni programs that sell you on a guarantee of getting a job in games or advise you to get SUPER specific out of the gate. So many students are graduating with degrees in games but feel like their aren't applicable or where they should be.
