Had a very creative and productive burst of energy yesterday, so naturally I hate myself today.

I don’t know at this point how to tell cybersecurity people globally who -don’t care- to stop relying on US-based infrastructure and resources (especially government funded ones) for defence.

I think about it a lot more than I want to and I feel sick about it each time. Watching my comfort show hasn't been the same since.

I'm so sorry. It is always unfair to lose a pet, but even moreso when it is quick and unexpected. I hope you find solace in knowing how much better you made her world and she yours.

This is actually an incredibly beautiful thread and the replies are all worth a read if you want to feel connected to hope and humanity.

Nurses/Drs here in BC are still trying to sue hospitals because they chose not to vaccinate themselves and then were told they couldn't practice at the hospital anymore.
How they could watch people die how people die from covid and then say no to getting it is beyond me.

I sat in my car and cried with overwhelming relief after my daughter got hers.
I don't remember my day of getting it all that well, but I'm sure it was emotional as well.
