My body clock is completely shot. Slept until 14:00 yesterday and then couldn't keep my eyes open about 22:00. Seemed to nap for an hour or so and haven't been able to sleep again since.

Chronic Illness can be so frustrating because you can constantly rest, watch your diet, wear a mask, take your meds, etc just so you can maintain the same level of chronic illness.
