We are the same here. Thundershirt, chicken bits for distractions, tv uncomfortably loud, long walk today, smelly stuffs. If we weren’t so scared of the vets I’d be getting him a cocktail to trip on too. I find it’s the one off loud bangs set off by the yoof that really trigger the anxiety loop.

Spent all my career fighting hard to prove I can do it. Probably fighting even harder these days but it's a different kind of fight when it's towards potential clients rather than bosses. Feels like there's much more control and power to adapt our business rather than pushing my career up a hill.

Today I had my first gastroenterologist appointment since moving to Bristol (after having a Crohn’s flare up in May that I couldn’t shift). The consultation was 7 minutes. Without more than “how are you doing?” “Yeah feeling pretty good” she prescribed me Adalimumab.

If you’re gonna have colourful bruises from a stay in hospital you might as coordinate your outfits to match, right? This has been a very strange week but hopefully it is the start of better ones with more energy and less actual poop!

I have this really odd obsession with stairs in tv shows and films, american buildings seem to have about 583728 steps in their staircases and I just have to count them to check. (I have 13 steps on my staircase)
