A photo taken at sunrise. On the horizon stands Bamburgh castle silhouetted against a partly cloudy coloured pink sky. In the foreground are rocks, which reflect back the pink hues of the sunrise. In the mid ground the sea has been frozen and smoothed out with a long exposure, the pinks of the sky reflected back towards the camera in the calmer parts. Other rougher parts are white with a misty appearance.

Good question, Scot - the goal of Lightfall is to be the best place to share and discover photography by combining the best aspects of existing social networks with a more human approach. I see a need for a platform that's both accessible to a wide audience yet focused on high-quality art.
