In just one year we’ve:
✅ Trained 26 community volunteers
✅ Held 52 outreach events
✅ Supported 719 people with free energy advice
✅ Shared 230 warm packs to those most in need

Our Energy Saving for All project in partnership with CEMVO Scotland is here to change that by making energy advice and support accessible to Scotland’s minoritised ethnic communities.

On October 28th, partners from across the Highlands gathered in Dingwall to launch the Highland Energy Community Partnership (HECP) a five-year project tackling fuel poverty and supporting home retrofit in rural communities.

Through the Inclusive Smart Solutions programme, we worked with partners and tenants to co-design a retrofit business model that protects households from extra costs while giving housing providers a practical, scalable solution. The result? A model that delivers social value alongside carbon savings

At Changeworks, we believe the journey to net zero must be fair. Retrofitting social housing is a chance to cut carbon, tackle fuel poverty, and create warmer, healthier homes but only if tenants are at the heart of the process.
