Open the government back up and let the red states experience consequences for supporting trump. Blue states are experiencing consequences now, and they’re not the party who is responsible for the chaos.

The very party, who are inspiring political violence, are blaming it on the Democrats. Divide and conquer is the battle cry of the MAGA movement.

There is no active Republican Party anymore. The few actual Republicans in Congress have been cancelled. We’re dealing with the MAGA party; they’re as ignorant and radicalized as they want to be thanks to trump.

Normally, federal employees don’t work during a shutdown. I retired from the federal government. On the few shutdowns that I experienced, we were told to leave immediately after the official shutdown and not to come back until we were officially notified to do so.

I’m sure that is true. But, officers that retire will be replaced by trump sycophants. Their retirement doesn’t help our cause.

Some of them will if only to keep their positions.
