She Lost Her Fallopian Tube Due to Texas’s Abortion Ban—and Fought Back But now the Trump administration is potentially making it even harder for other women in banned-abortion states to take a stand in a similar way.

Our client Kyleigh Thurman needed an abortion to save her life, but she was repeatedly turned away from the ER until she was severely hemorrhaging. She was forced to wait so long that she ended up losing a fallopian tube, compromising her fertility forever.
