Also.. my sister's birthday is coming up and I'm determined to make her this Spanish almond cake? We had it at this family run place in London.. and she adores it 🥺 she's not big into sweets but she really liked the candied peel and the almond sponge..

Fooking boiling in the UK right now 😅 but thankfully it might line up nicely for me going to Wales this weekend to see uni friends. We are hoping to get to a beach and have a little BBQ.

I've enjoyed the content but grappling with a research team.. my place in a new clinical team... it's hard.

Pleased I did the MSc but do feel like I'm being continually punched in the face with new hurdles or problems 🫢🫠

Man.. it's annoying when ya gotta send emails back to a team for training and they are VERY specific with how they want you to reply to it.

Like 'only' put these answers. Don't copy the table format, but complete answers for the table.

Sounds silly but wording can be confusing for an ADHDer...

It's pretty sad to work so hard on revising or writing and not getting the result you expect...

It's times like this you see where ADHD actually fucks you over 🥲
