So when this AI bubble bursts, I believe the products that will survive are the ones related to text.

Two vertically arranged framed posters hang on a light-colored textured wall. The upper left frame contains French words made from the letters P, O, S, I, B, L, E arranged in a diagonal cluster, with a short French instruction line in small text at the bottom. The lower right frame contains mirrored word clusters made from the letters of “POSSIBLES” and “PROBABLES,” also with a brief French instruction line underneath. by LAb[au]

Two minimalist typographic posters in black frames hanging side by side on a light textured wall. The left poster arranges the French words “POSSIBLES” and “PROBABLES” in a tall, symmetric letter pattern that narrows toward the center, then widens again, with a small explanatory line of text at the bottom. The right poster forms a similar vertical pattern from fragmented French words and phrases, also ending with a small explanatory line of text. Design by LAb[au]

Close-up of a minimalist French typographic poster on a light background, framed in thin black. Two vertical word columns spell “POSSIBLES” on the left and “PROBABLES” on the right, with each subsequent line removing the first letter so the columns narrow and then widen again (“OSSIBLES / SSIBLES / SIBLES …” and “ROBABLES / OBABLES / BABLES …”). A small block of French text at the bottom shows the LLM prompt transformation rule.

I gifted myself 10 variations on "Possibles _ Probables", by @lab-au.com instructing an LLM to create the artwork.

this is why i will always defend conceptual art whether it's the duct tape banana or the pile of candies. the way folks interact with art can be just as important as the work itself, or even re-contextualize it! there's so much 'classical' work that we no longer have the context for that lies inert.

Artwork "neutral + violett = ultravioletten"
Part of the series Wortmischungen: colours about colours
Painting, 40×120 cm

This series uses anagrams of colour names to create new colour names, offering a fresh way to read and interpret colours. Language becomes the starting point, but colour takes centre stage—transforming into a medium for exploring a “philosophy of colour,” where colour becomes an epistemology of language itself.

Anagrams of colour names form new ones—turning language into a tool for rethinking what colour means.

A library is in progress about all the ways to fill a blank white page to become a black-filled one.

It is structured according to four themes: painting, writing, calculating, and transcoding.
