Gets me thinking about the notion of choosing the best solution over choosing an initial idea.

We can think of many solutions. Some are great and some walk the line of ridiculous (as per eg ⬆️)

In the school context, I've noticed sometimes we latch to the first solution we think of and run with it.

Guests on GMB are currently talking about paying men more to teach because schools don't have enough male role models.
