The word spacious is said a minimum of once per episode, the view (good or bad) is important, they always have a ‘must-have’ that they REFUSE to budge on (like one wanting modern and one wanting midcentury, neither willing to compromise) & the budget is always high despite having low paying jobs

They did that to me once so I got some Welch’s fruit snacks too and made my own gummy clusters
