I really don't feel like I'm the same person as I was several years ago due to not just how much institutions have let me down but also due to how much so many people who I've respected have let me down.

After the holidays, treat yourself with some video games to help repress those traumatic conversations. Also, doing so will help drown out the ideas that maybe your family aren't the same people they used to be while you were growing up and maybe they never were 🙃
